How does GoMeds pricing work?

Every plan has two parts: a one-time setup fee that covers configuring and deploying your software, and a flat monthly subscription that covers managed hosting, support, updates, and unlimited users. Starter is ₹10,000 setup + ₹5,000/month, Professional is ₹50,000 setup + ₹10,000/month, and Enterprise is a custom quote. GST is extra as applicable.

Do you really allow unlimited users?

Yes. Every GoMeds plan includes unlimited user logins at no extra cost — there are no per-seat or per-user fees. Whether you have 2 staff or 50, the monthly price is the same, so your cost stays predictable as your team grows.

What does the one-time setup fee cover?

Accepted Answer

The setup fee covers onboarding your business — configuring the software to your workflow, data migration from your existing system, branding, and go-live support. On the Professional plan it also covers custom-building the solution around your specific requirements. It is charged once, at the start.

What does the monthly subscription include?

The monthly fee covers everything you need to run: managed cloud hosting in India, automated backups, security updates, performance monitoring, regular feature updates, ongoing support, and unlimited users. There is nothing extra to buy to keep the software running.

What does the Starter plan include?

Starter (₹10,000 setup + ₹5,000/month) is built for a single pharmacy, clinic, or diagnostic lab. It includes POS/billing with GST compliance, inventory and batch/expiry tracking, WhatsApp and SMS notifications, core reports, managed hosting with backups, and unlimited users — everything needed to go digital and launch quickly.

What extra do I get with the Professional plan?

Professional (₹50,000 setup + ₹10,000/month) is custom-built to your workflow and includes everything in Starter plus all modules, AI analytics and demand forecasting, payment gateway and WhatsApp API integrations, role-based access, priority support, and dedicated onboarding and training. It suits growing, established healthcare businesses.

When should I choose Enterprise / Custom?

Enterprise is for hospitals, pharmacy chains, and diagnostic networks needing multi-location scale and deeper integrations — ABDM/ABHA, lab analyzers, insurance/TPA cashless, white-label, on-premise options, a dedicated account manager, and an SLA. Pricing is a custom quote based on your scope. Contact sales for a tailored proposal.

How do I pay the monthly subscription?

We support UPI, cards, net banking, and bank transfer, with auto-debit (UPI AutoPay / recurring cards) so the monthly subscription is hands-off. The one-time setup fee can be paid in milestones. Annual billing is available with two months free. All invoices are GST-compliant.

No. Pricing is fully transparent: a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly subscription that includes hosting, support, updates, and unlimited users. GST is extra as applicable. Optional heavy integrations (such as ABDM, lab analyzers, or TPA) on Enterprise are quoted upfront. There are no surprise charges.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can move from Starter to Professional, or to Enterprise, at any time. We assess your additional requirements, handle any custom development, and migrate everything seamlessly with no downtime for your business.

Question 11

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel the monthly subscription with written notice. Please export all your business data before the end of your paid billing period, as data is removed once the subscription ends and server resources are reallocated. Since the software is hosted on our servers and the source code remains APPIT Software's intellectual property, the software itself is not transferable.
