No. Our pricing is fully transparent. The one-time fee covers design, development, and deployment. The monthly hosting fee covers server management, backups, and maintenance. GST is extra as applicable. There are no surprise charges.

Do I get the source code of the software?

No. The source code and all underlying technical implementations remain the intellectual property of APPIT Software. You receive a licence to use the software hosted on our managed servers. This model allows us to offer high-quality custom development at affordable rates while ensuring ongoing maintenance, security, and updates through the monthly hosting plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and cheques. The one-time development fee can be split into milestone-based payments. Monthly hosting is billed at the start of each month. All invoices are GST-compliant.

What happens if I want to stop the hosting?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel the monthly hosting by providing written notice. Please make sure to export all your business data before the end of your paid billing period, as data is deleted once the subscription ends and server resources are reallocated. Since the software is hosted on our servers and the source code remains our intellectual property, the software itself is not transferable. All fees paid are non-refundable.
